For many years we have instructed our clients to open their capsules of 7 Keto DHEA and hold the powder under their tongues for better efficacy.

There is an abundant supply of circulation under the tongue, which carries the 7-Keto directly into the systemic blood supply.

Any 7-Keto not absorbed in the mouth must go through the portal blood to be filtered through the liver before reaching the systemic blood supply. About 80% of that is broken down by the liver, so whatever can be absorbed in the mouth is about five times more efficient.
