• Phytoceramides 1% (Amorphophallus konjac), 150 mg.

Polyphenols

• Green tea extract, polyphenols 98%, EGCG 50% (Camellia sinensis), 150 mg.
• Maqui anthocyanidins 25% (Aristotelia chilensis), 30 mg.

Caution: Each capsule supplies about 9,400 IU (2,820 mcg RAE) of preformed vitamin A. That is close to the adult daily upper limit of 10,000 IU. The limit counts preformed vitamin A from food and supplements together. The label on current jars says 5,000 IU and up to 3 a day. That label is out of date. Take no more than 1 capsule a day unless your health professional advises it. Do not add other sources of preformed vitamin A unless your health professional advises it. These include multivitamins, cod liver oil, liver and other formulas that list vitamin A. Do not use with retinoid medicines such as isotretinoin or acitretin. Do not use if you are pregnant, may become pregnant or are breastfeeding. Do not give it to anyone under 18. Do not use if you have Stargardt disease or another ABCA4 retinal condition. Consult your health professional before use if you have liver or kidney disease or drink alcohol daily. Also consult first if you take blood-thinning medicines. Keep out of reach of children.
