IOP Syntropy is formulated to deliver optimal levels of key phytonutrients documented to support regulating and normalizing eye pressure. The suggested dosage range is divided from one to three capsules taken with food throughout the day.
IOP is the scientific acronym for intraocular pressure. It is traditionally measured in millimeters of mercury, abbreviated mmHg. The standard pressure range is 10 to 20 or 21 mmHg, with 15 being the norm.
Pressures consistently above 21 mmHg may be termed “ocular hypertension” and warrant closer monitoring by an eye care professional, as elevated IOP is a known risk factor for glaucoma. Conversely, an IOP below about 10 mmHg, though less common, can also lead to eye health concerns. Your eye doctor may use different types of tonometry (air puff, applanation, or rebound tonometry) to measure IOP and track any changes over time.
There are more people with ocular hypertension without loss of peripheral vision than there are people with elevated IOP who have glaucoma. Part of the problem is that glaucoma is typically only detectable when about half of the optic nerve function is lost. This highlights the importance of prevention through natural methods that support and stimulate health and function.
IOP is rarely measured at night, but it usually is a little higher than during the daytime. In glaucoma, it is typically much higher than the daytime pressure. The primary regulator of nighttime IOP is melatonin, produced by the pineal gland. Melatonin is essential for sleep quality and cleansing the tissues of the central nervous system, including the retina and optic nerve.
IOP Syntropy is synergistic with OcuFlow Bedtime, taken within a half hour of going to bed... or at least turning the lights out to avoid exposure to white and blue light. OcuFlow Bedtime includes enough Melatonin, naturally time-released through the night, to ensure better sleep, cleansing of the CNS through the glymph drainage system discovered just over a decade ago, and supporting healthy nighttime regulation of IOP.
IOP Syntropy is synergistic with WholOmega, with up to four capsules taken together with the heaviest meal of the day. The standardized carotenoid safranal in WholOmega and OcuFlow Bedtime is documented to decrease IOP by about two mmHg.
Take WholOmega separately from IOP Syntropy to avoid competitive inhibition of absorption of the two carotenoids known to help normalize eye pressure: safranal and capsanthin. We focus each Functional Formulation® on a single carotenoid because only one absorption channel in the small intestine is shared by all carotenoids.
If you are also taking OcuFlow Daytime, it is optimal to keep it about two hours apart from IOP Syntropy, since OcuFlow Daytime also supplies safranal. Either remedy can be taken between meals or with a snack if you are sensitive to taking a capsule on an empty stomach. For some people, a capsule floating around in the stomach can trigger discomfort or nausea simply by mechanically stimulating a digestive reaction. A bite of food will prevent that reaction.
Each capsule of IOP Syntropy provides:
Polyphenols:
Also known as bioflavonoids, polyphenols contain multiple phenol ring structures of carbon atoms connected by double bonds. These organic rings have circular fields of delocalized pi electrons that produce a shielding effect similar to a Faraday cage. This leaves an energetic sanctuary in the center of each ring that is an attractive coherence zone for carrying spirit minerals. Polyphenols, other organic ring structures, and pi electron fields produced by living water, essential fatty acids, and DNA are all key loci for the embodiment of the spirit. The sentient, immortal spirit is the substrate and intelligence of consciousness and subconscious processes that regulate and prioritize healing processes. Polyphenols provide many of the healing properties of botanical medicines.
Baicalein (Scutellaria baicalensis) 100 mg *
This polyphenol from the skullcap herb is documented to support a 10% or more significant reduction of IOP. A Baicalein dosage between 100 and 800 mg regulates P13K/AKT signaling. This reduces the production of aqueous humor, the fluid in the eye's anterior chamber. It also increases the outflow of the aqueous. In an animal study, the ocular hypotensive effects of baicalein at concentrations of 4 mg/kg and 40 mg/kg were 9% and 20%, respectively. This research was presented at ARVO in 2015. For a typical 150-pound individual, this translates to a 150 to 1500 mg dosage for a 10-20% IOP drop. Note that a 10-fold increase in dosage is required to double the effect. The most significant increases in therapeutic effectiveness are typically at the lowest dosages. Nevertheless, since a dosage response has been documented for Baicalein, we chose to include double the lower researched dosage in a complete three-capsule-a-day regimen for a projected lowering of IOP of significantly greater than 10%.

Anthocyanidins 25% (Ribes nigrum) 30 mg *
These potent polyphenols from the blackcurrant fruit have been shown to reduce IOP in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG).
Anthocyanidins 25% (Vaccinium myrtillus) 30 mg *
When studied with OPCs (see below), slight IOP reduction has been documented in Ocular Hypertension with these bioflavonoids from bilberry. Researchers also measured increased ocular blood flow. The retina requires more blood flow than any other part of the body since it has the highest metabolism of any tissue.
OPCs (Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins) (Vitis vinifera) (semen) 25 mg *
OPCs produce significant IOP reduction. They are most often obtained from either pine bark or grape seeds, with grapes being more potent. They have also been found to improve retinal and circulatory health, including in maculopathy and in diabetic retinopathy.
HMC (Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone) (Citrus aurantium) 165 mg *
This bioflavonoid from bitter orange reduces IOP in animal studies. The dosage range is up to 500 to 1000 mg per day. One of the benefits of HMC is the stabilization of the mast cell membrane, which helps reduce hyper-immune issues like allergic reactions. Glaucoma is highly correlated with immune issues like allergies or auto-immune challenges.
GBE (Ginkgo Biloba Extract) (Ginkgo biloba) 40 mg *
Ginkgo increases ocular blood flow in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). Some studies show improved visual fields in normotensive glaucoma, so this benefit is anticipated in some clinical cases. We include Ginkgo in our Bioavailability Blend, but we've added more to this formula to increase it to a full therapeutic dosage.
Carotenoid:
Carotenoids contain two ring structures linked by a long chain of conjugated double bonds. The pi electrons of this chain resonate with light, providing protection from high-energy photons like blue light. The interaction with light frequencies also extends to biocommunication, contributing to the body's photoenergetic regulation. When you enjoy the colors of autumn leaves, you see the effect of carotenoids.
Capsanthin (Capsicum annum) (fructus) 40 mg *
This carotenoid from red peppers supports IOP normalization to a healthy range in one month, even at 40 mg a day. Two or three doses a day provide even greater degrees of normalization.
Diterpene:
Diterpenes have two adjacent hexane rings that share one side of their hexagonal carbon structures.
Forskolin (Coleus forskohlii) 35 mg *
Forskolin is a labdane diterpene from the Indian coleus herb that reduces aqueous humor production. It has antimicrobial as well as anti-inflammatory properties.
Endocannabinoid:
PEA (Palmitoylethanolamide) 10 mg *
The endocannabinoid PEA is an endogenous fatty acid amide and lipid modulator. It interacts with peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPAR-α), GPR55, and GPR119 receptors, contributing to its biological activities, including neuroprotection, anti-inflammatory effects, and analgesic properties. PEA supports the regulation of IOP & reduced neuroinflammation. A daily dose would be 300 to 1200 mg, but we have included a homeo-energetic dose to stimulate PEA's regulatory pathways.
Bioavailability Blend 34.5 mg
Our Bioavailability Blend currently includes 10 ingredients formulated to
• increase the aqueous solubility of fat-soluble phytonutrients like those in IOP Syntropy
• restore the integrity of the intestinal mucosa, the vascular endothelium, and the blood-brain barrier, which includes the blood-eye barrier, to enhance the selectivity of absorption, transport, and ultimate bioavailability of essential nutrients and phytonutrients to the target tissues and cells.
• stimulate local circulation in the small intestine to increase nutrient absorption into the blood
• increase circulatory perfusion in the eye, brain, and challenging areas of the body to enhance tissue delivery of nutrients
• support and stimulate the sentient, immortal spirit body to regulate and accelerate the body's self-healing processes.
The Fibonacci sequence's mathematics inspires the Bioavailability Blend's overarching design. This pattern is found throughout nature, especially in living and growing systems.
IOP Syntropy is the latest new Functional Formulation, and is ready to kick off 2025. I have been working on the concept during 2024, and the needs of a new client inspired me to complete the research and development work recently.
Why have I gone to the trouble of making the most comprehensive Functional Formulations in the world?
The answer is the same reason Dr. Reckeweg went to the trouble a century ago of creating the innovative field of complex homeopathy: the need to effectively and efficiently improve clinical results.
Each remedy is inspired by a particular clinical need to support and stimulate the healing of a particular body function. It is also typically inspired initially by the needs of a particular client. In the formulation process, it is also informed both by my 40+ years of clinical and research experience, as well as by the medical literature and the work and observations of my many mentors.
In Dr. Reckeweg's time, Homeopathy was one of the most effective solutions for resolving health challenges, as it still is today, because it stimulates the body's self healing pathways.
The big challenge for Dr. Reckeweg was identifying which remedy matched each patient in a busy clinic, where there was simply not enough time to take a complete case history in order to effectively diagnose that patient's particular remedy resonance pattern.
During epidemics, this challenge became particularly critical because of the increased number of patients in need of an effective solution. Dr. Reckeweg's clinical breakthrough was the insight that for a given symptom pattern, such as a particular epidemic or any other particular disease pattern, there was a particular spectrum of remedies that would match the spectrum of patients with that illness.
You see, each remedy has a unique chemistry that is identifiable by its fingerprint of resonance in the electromagnetic spectrum. And each patient's disease state is responsive to one of the frequencies in one of those remedy fingerprints.
So, when Dr. Reckeweg combined the remedies together into homeopathic complexes, the remedy each patient needed was there and did its job of stimulating the healing pathways that patient needed to have activated. The other remedies were all non-toxic, so they followed the first rule of healing, to do no harm.
We are simply applying that same observation to the more materially concentrated botanical and nutritional forms of nature's healing substances.
I'll give you an example from my own practice. About 30 years ago, I was working with a Hawaiian Prince who was raised in Buckingham Palace because his family was an intermarriage with the British Royal Family. He had glaucoma, and because he was also dealing with lymphoma, his eye pressures were extremely high, above 40. In that range, there is consensus that vision loss is undoubtedly progressing. When I tested his body's energetic response to the various herbs that typically help in glaucoma, he responded to Coleus forskohlii, so he began taking a professional quality supplement that was commercially available. When he saw his local ophthalmologist for a follow-up the doctor was amazed to see that the IOP was down to about 30. He said it was the first time he had ever seen a natural product reduce eye pressure like that.
Now, there is no way I could test every person with glaucoma individually, and no way many people with glaucoma could afford to have a practitioner like me do that kind of individual bioenergetic analysis. But now, with a combination remedy like IOP Syntropy, which combines therapeutic levels the key botanicals that we know help to reduce elevated IOP, those people can be supported with a remedy that resonates with their particular needs. Because it includes a full spectrum of different phytonutrients, it provides the quantum energetic signals to stimulate a whole range of healing pathways documented to support healthy eye pressure regulation.
The research behind IOP Syntropy shows that the full healing effect builds up over about one month, so from a clinical perspective there are several ways to approach it.
In each case, the choice is ultimately yours as the person seeking self-healing. To make the best, most informed choice, I always recommend consulting with your eye care practitioner, as they have the tools to monitor your eye pressures and your peripheral vision. They also have the knowledge and experience to give you meaningful perspectives as you endeavor to save and potentially even restore your vision and eye health.
If you are already on medications to manage eye pressure, you could start taking up to three capsules of IOP Syntropy throughout the day. You could support that with additional synergistic formulations. You could add synergistic healing therapies that you can implement in your own home on a regular basis. You could potentially add energetic evaluation and consultation with us to design a precision support program for your unique eye, brain and body healing needs.
After a one month program of Accelerated Self Healing, which can reverse up to a year of aging and degeneration, you could have your eye care practitioner check your IOP and fields. If all is looking good, you can discuss the possibility of reducing or eliminating particular pharmaceutical interventions as a trial to see if they may no longer be essential.
By continuing support for natural self-healing and checking your IOP and fields again in another month, you and your doctor will gain valuable feedback about your progress. That will inform whether it makes sense to potentially further reduce medications or not. If you are already off medications and all is going well, you might choose to titrate your daily dosage of IOP Syntropy, decreasing progressively from 3 a day to 2, and then 1 for maintenance if that is working well for you.
In some cases, you may see a restoration of some of the peripheral vision you have lost over the years. Medical and surgical management of glaucoma can only slow down the rate of vision loss, not fully prevent it or restore vision once it is lost. But, with Accelerated Self Healing, we see people who have been able to get back half or more of the vision that was lost.
If you are just starting on this journey, you may decide to work with your doctor to first see if natural therapies can restore healthy eye pressures and support maintenance of your peripheral vision. You can use your doctor's ability to monitor your eye pressures and your vision along with their expertise to make wise decisions and adjustments to your regimen. For example, you might start with a full dosage of 3 capsules a day, especially if your pressures are above 21, and if they come down close to 15, you might then back off the dosage progressively to 2 and then 1 a day as long as you maintain normal pressures.
Remember, though, that pressure is not the only factor that affects eye health and vision. It's just a function that can be measured and either supported naturally or managed with drugs and surgery. If your eye pressures are normalized by any combination of these methods, and you are still losing vision, there are other functions that are essential to heal. These almost always include neurological protection, endocrine function, sleep quality, psycho-emotional stress, and immune function. In any case, these are crucial if you are actively losing vision.
The first remedies I think of for supporting your healing in these areas are Neuroprotect (along with WholOmega), OcuFlow (Daytime and Bedtime formulas), OcuHeal Eye Drops, Brain Cleanse (at bedtime if your sleep is still an issue even with OcuFlow Bedtime), Ocular Terrain Restore (ideally with precision support for healing your individual life stress pattern), and Immune Modulation.
A 10 second Bioenergetic Wellness Scan of the stress frequencies in your voice will reveal any other key areas your body is actively trying to heal. The Infoceuticals recommended in that report, and the Functional Formulations that are synergistic with those information patterns also provide excellent options to support and stimulate your Accelerated Self Healing process.
In my personal case, once I found my mentor who showed me how to accelerate my self-healing, it took me three years to reverse the underlying causes of my glaucoma. In that time, I reversed over three decades of biological aging. I not only prevented myself from fulfilling my prognosis of blindness before age 50, I learned that I prevented myself from a nearly certain early death in my 30s from stroke.
My mission is to make that kind of self transformation available to you, as well.
We are always developing our solutions and systems, so if you have questions or need support, don't hesitate to fill out the application form and we'll help you find the absolute best solutions that make sense for you right now.
